    If this is true why did he state at a neighborhood meeting, when asked, “I thought you lived on Fremont St. now.” He replied, “I moved back here to Stuart”. Lots of witnesses to that. Also stated at that meeting, which was called together by another neighbor and him, that he had built an $80,000 addition to his home on Stuart. When he and the neighbor did not get the results they wanted, they went to a meeting with Perry Township, Wood County to try it, they also failed there. So where does he live? On Stuart Road, in Wood County, but the election board believed all of his lies, he set in motion a plan so he could run for Mayor of Fostoria, he couldn’t get his neighborhood annexed to the city limits, so he found another way, start listing your address as 117 Fremont St., In 2007 he stated he was moving there and was in the process of buying the home, the house on Fremont St. is still not in his name, and was never going to be…He votes in Seneca, his wife votes in Wood.

    Is this fraud? Can I say I am going to buy my Grandmothers house, start using her address, in a different county that I truly live in, and vote in that county? If he wants to vote on candidates/issues that have to do with the city of Fostoria, then he should really and truly move inside the city limits. And to think he thought he would be a more honest Mayor than Davoli all while lying to the board of elections.

    She is the listed property owner on the Seneca County auditors page. I think he originally said the house belonged to his wifes Grandmother. Notice her mailing address is on CR 592.

    You can also go to the State of Ohio election board, type in the last name Hofacker or Ferguson and they both come back as registered voters at 117 Fremont St. She is also the listed owner of the house on the Seneca County auditors website real estate search. BUT, it gives her mailing address as CR 592.

    The data base for Wood County isn’t very user friendly. Can you find Michelle on the voter list for Wood County?

    I know that, was just pointing out that she probably doesn’t live on Fremont St., (even though she is the listed owner) but does reside at CR 592 .But then again Scott doesn’t live on Fremont St. either.

    Its might be easier to go the State of Ohio Election board and type in her name… use the drop down menu at the top

    Thank you for the link. It does appear they use different addresses. Now I am going to ask, any chance they are separated? I am not passing judgement, just playing devil’s advocate.

    I know the Ohio Board of Elections has been working to get their data base in compliance with a recent judgement from the court.

    I don’t know if the R-T would be interested in this, since he is no longer a candidate. However, you can email the Seneca and Wood County Board of Elections with the above information and your concerns. I know they are in a continuing process of verifying voter infomation.

    Hofackers are not seperated, they were togother when he said he was living back on Stuart Rd. a few months ago , they have never been seperated. And he has never moved nor lived on Fremont St.

    Bottom line, he told the lie to the election board at a hearing when ‘accused’ of living at Stuart Rd. by council members, but actually listing the Fremont St. address. He told them he was in the process of putting his house up for sale, but had a few issues with the contractor to work out, but that he was ‘going’ to be moving to Fremont St. a place he said he spent most of his time anyways….THE ELECTION board believed the lie, so telling them again would do no good, they aren’t smart enough to know the truth from a lie.

    But he lives in Wood County, votes in Seneca County, he is what most would refer to as a snake, and you know how slippery they can be.

    I know he lost, I am talking about it because he continues to lie. Voter fraud, he lives in Wood County, but votes in Seneca County. I was made aware of another source to check into this…time will tell.

    Ahhh…I see why you’re “concerned” now. Have you talked to the Boards of Elections in the 2 counties? Perhaps someone should challenge his vote and he should have to use a provisional ballot…
